Meet Our Team
Debbie Guthery-Owen
Debbie is the Broker/Owner of Pinnacle Point Properties & Development. She has been serving Nashville Home Buyers and Sellers for over 25 years. With over 31 years of combined experience in Banking, Sales Marketing/Advertising, and Production. She offers not only expertise in Residential Real Estate but a creative process in consultation and unique marketing for buyers, sellers, and investors. She has served as a Director for the Greater Nashville Board of Realtors as well as the Committee Chair of the Grievance, and currently serves on the Legislative Committee (which advocates property ownership rights.) She was a Director on the Tennessee Board of Realtors and served on the Government Affairs Committee for 3 years. Debbie was involved with Easter Seals, and The Girl Scouts of TN. She has 3 adult children, is a published author, and loves to travel.
Joy Ross
Joy is a REALTOR® serving clients in the Middle Tennessee area. She is committed to integrity with a background in finance, business administration, and compliance. After serving others during her healthcare career, Joy found a new way to serve others - by helping them find their perfect home! She is a member of Greater Nashville Realtors and served on the Habitat for Humanity Committee. He understands all needs are not equal, but believes we can enhance the real estate experience through meaningful communication and a collaborative spirit.
Fred Brooks
Prior to becoming a REALTOR® in 2017, Fred had a successful career with Unisys and IBM selling Information Technology solutions to some of the largest corporations in the Southeast. He started Brooks Property Services in 2008, providing home and small business owners with handyman and transition services. Fred specializes in finding you the perfect home in the Middle Tennessee areas and surrounding counties.

Kathie has been in the Real Estate Professional for more than 15 years. Her expertise and desire to help clients in all aspects of Real Estate & Development is priceless. Kathie is always "in the know" about what is happening in the Nashville market, and consistently goes above and beyond for her clients and customers.
Leslie Loughlin
Leslie Loughlin is a full service Real Estate agent who loves to match buyers with their dream homes and help sellers get the highest value with the least amount of stress! In addition to her valuable experience as a Realtor, her years as the owner and closing agent of her Florida title company give her unique insight and ability to walk with you every step of the way. Although she is a Florida native, Leslie fell in love with the Nashville area years ago while visiting her family here. In her spare time, she loves to explore the natural beauty of Middle Tennessee’s parks and lakes, and to attend the amazing concerts that only Music City can offer! Leslie is grateful to be a part of the music and worship ministry at her church and is happy to call Mt. Juliet, Tennessee home.
Emily Lowe
A Licensed Real Estate Broker with Pinnacle Point Properties & Development in West Nashville, Emily is a Nashville Native and grew up in a real estate family. She has been selling real estate since 2007 and it is her passion. Emily believes in giving clients quality care and service. To that end, she specializes in luxury real estate and investment properties. If you are new to purchasing real estate, Emily is willing and able to educate you. Mia Smitherman
Mia is a second-year university student, a Nashville native, and PPP&D's primary graphic design and marketing expert! With a homegrown knowledge of the city's best features, she crafts everything from social media content to our brokerage's own website. Mia attends the University of Georgia with a major in Graphic Design.
